For a 10th floor apartment in Dallas's sought after Park District, Studio Constantine worked with the existing shell and transformed this space into the Modern Mid Century home it is. From the Le Corbusier Lounger to the Tufted Mid-Century Modern Velvet Bench Seat Sofa and the Sebago Midcentury Rattan Chair with Leather Cushion, traditional Persian carpets, cushions from India and handpicked accessories from their many travels, this space truly represents the owners of this home who are global citizens.
For a 2500Sq.ft. home on a sprawling
5 Acre farm designing an outdoor recreation space with a swimming pool and outhouse was a welcome challenge. Silver white tiles lend a subtle hue to the swimming pool that does not take away from the glossy stainless steel cantilevered outhouse. Studio Constantine used the widest possible openings in the existing structure of the living and dining rooms inviting the outdoor space to be a part of the otherwise modest sized living room. The mirror finished steel clad exterior of the outhouse that is sculpted to look like waves in a lake change color based on time of day or season, it is a true joy to watch and experience.

For a fast paced couple (one in the private equity space and the other working with an NGO ) designing a private retreat in New Delhi that would ground them to their Goan traditions was an enjoyable creative journey. The use of solid oak chevron flooring and solid ash wood furniture with the wooden lamps lend the space a calm, that is inviting yet energizing after a hard days work. This modern country home is still enjoyed many years after it was created.
